The Best method to get the hundreds of things within your busy schedule accomplished is to find a good way to organize yourself. Spend a couple minutes on the computer and personalize for yourself a daily to do checklist. Include some empty slots for the things that pop-up out of nowhere. Go ahead and type in the disciplines that you can strive to complete. Include your personal and business goals for the day. If you manage to miss a couple or even half of your goals, make sure to look at how much you accomplished had you not been organized!
After you get in the flow of a daily checklist, create a checklist and chart that will sum up your week. Include the jobs completed, total hours exercised, etc. The Sheet can also give goals for the next week as an overflow of what you previously missed.
We have found that the best method to get tasks done is to create for ourselves personal notebooks with our goals. Daily feeds into weekly, weekly into monthly, monthly into yearly. Before you know it you’ll be writing things down to complete that seemed nearly unattainable months ago.
Find a simple checklist attached. Nothing extraordinary, but something that has been a great tool for one of our team members.
